To whom it may concern, As a first time renter at your storage facility I was extremely happy with everything. The moment I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who i believe us your property manager, he was very courteous and professional. He gave me information on all the questions I had and was thorough explaining all the property rules as well as all the rates and current specials you are running. His attention to detail in handling my needs for a storage were above and beyond and I want to thank you. In no time he was able to help me pick the unit I needed handle all the paperwork with me and make sure I new where it was on the property as well as that the light worked in my unit and it was spotless upon entering to view it. I have worked in hospitality industry for 35 plus years and can honestly say his attention to detail and explaining everything along with his very friendly courteous attitude lends to his excellent customer service skills. I am very pleased with the unit as it is just right for my needs and I will recommend your property particularly this one to slll my friends and people I know who need a storage unit 10 stars for having someone as professional and experienced as he is and the property is immaculately clean and perfectly maintained. It shows he takes great care in his work and his job. Thank you once again for such a perfect experience in a time where I needed it I highly recommend renting from here the rates along with the manager being so attentive and property being clean it’s a win win all the way around.

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
