Puna was awesome. Local single gal down to earth that showed my husband and I different units. She gave us all the information we needed and made us feel comfortable with the process. It was an easy processes. If you need a storage call her up and she can guide you on what you need.

Loading dock it's easy to download anything that you bring in, the cart is stayed by the elevator, everything that you doing, there is a instruction that is very easy to understand, all the corners, top up to the bottom, including the walls it's very clean..that is very important of all cleanliness..

Tammy and Jayna are so nice and amazing help with getting me the space I wanted close to the elevator. I have complete peace of mind having my items secured here and the hours work perfectly around my crazy work schedule. It even has a bathroom and a small elevator on the other side of the building. I highly recommend renting here where you can save money without sacrificing kind customer service and a clean accommodating spot.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
