Needs a covered area to unload/load it's a mess when it's raining. Otherwise online reservation was smooth , and the manager/employee seemed to know her way around the facility and the works of it all, and that helps

The manager was a huge help she made sure I was completely satisfied with the unit before I made any commitments she also made me feel safe and secure leaving my most prized possessions my kids keepsakes. Oh there is a mandatory storage insurance that is a extra 12 bucks a month for 2000 worth of coverage but the things I left there with her are priceless

The newest manager Krystal in Everett has been extremely helpful! She saved me more than half on rent by suggesting I move units and consolidate. I had been quite disappointed with this company until recently. The main lighting has been burnt out on 3rd floor for over a year and a completely ignored email to Mr. Regional Manager regarding the matter left a bitter taste. But Krystal is a gem and an asset.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
